Melissa Haluszczak to have her name on the ballot
Harrisburg, PA: Melissa Haluszczak filed the necessary paper work and nominating petitions to have her name placed on the ballot in the May 18th primary for United States Congress from the 14th Congressional District. Melissa expressed gratitude to the number of voters that have come forward to volunteer and assist in her grass roots campaign. "Voters in our district realize the Pelosi-Doyle agenda is not good for America and our region. We cannot spend our way to prosperity on the backs of our children nor can we nationalize healthcare on the backs of our seniors. It is reckless to put American jobs at risk with a punishing cap and trade agenda that will do nothing for the environment. I found thousands of voters outraged and opposed to bailouts, so-called stimulus that puts us in debt to China but doesn't create jobs, government take over of healthcare without reducing costs and improving quality, and politicians that will not listen to the will of the people. It is my goal to give these people a choice in this year's election."Melissa Haluszczak a resident of Coraopolis is running in the 14th Congressional District against incumbent Mike Doyle. It remains unclear if Haluszczak will face opposition in the May 18th primary.
